Course Aim:

This one day course is designed to provide an overview to the use of computer evidence within cases involving commercial litigation. Using case studies, the course looks at the potential benefit that computer evidence and examination can bring to many commercial litigation cases.

Within the context of the case studies, the course will also provide explanations and demonstrations of a digital forensic examination, the types of software commonly encountered, the role of the Internet in cases involving computer forensics, and how the evidence was applied to the legal cases.
